Job Description:

Workday HCM Consultant.

• Provide expert post-production support for HR operations in Workday HCM
  • Cover Recruitment, Absence, Time Tracking, Learning, Talent Management, and Payroll modules
• Customize module configurations to align with HR requirements
• Collaborate closely with client HR teams to understand unique needs and enhance Workday experience
• Develop and support projects with customized documentation, functional and technical specifications, test cases, and user training documents
• Proficient in ITIL framework and SLA management
  • Specifically in Change, Release, Problem, and Incident Management
• Handle tickets of all priority levels and ensure adherence to SLAs
• Maintain a 24/7 service mindset
• Open to short travels within UK/EU for assignments
• Strong interpersonal skills to handle client escalations efficiently
