Our client an industrial service group with entities across the Benelux and DACH region is looking for a Functional Dynamics AX Analyst to join their IT team and support digital transformation projects across the organization in either a freelance or permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Assess the requirements of different divisions and convert these into practical IT solutions. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and assist them with the rollout of new systems and workflows.
• Act as the main contact for user inquiries and technical problems, helping identify and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s ERP system (Dynamics AX) and internal HR and scheduling tools, working to enhance and expand these platforms.
• Play an active role in IT projects, contributing to the design and deployment of new digital tools in partnership with IT colleagues and business users.

Role Requirements

• Possesses a bachelor’s or master’s qualification in IT, Business Information Systems, or a comparable discipline, or brings equivalent professional experience.
• Exhibits excellent analytical thinking combined with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
• Has proven experience working with ERP platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Able to clearly convey information and collaborate effectively with both IT specialists and operational staff.
• Familiarity with workforce planning or digital scheduling solutions is a plus.
