Requirements Description: ---
• Working hours:  40 hours per week
• Direct supervisor:  CFO
• 6+ years experience across Treasury
• Eloquent communicator that backs themselves in tricky stakeholder discussions

Tasks Description: ---

• Managing national and international liquidity – you know where the money flows
• Responsibility for daily cash management and payment transactions – you keep the shop running
• Creation and maintenance of a rolling liquidity plan (12 months), reliable to the 4th working day
• Implementation of in-house banking, cash pooling, internal financing and hedging of interest rate, currency and, if applicable, commodity risks – so that nothing burns
• Management and optimization of financing lines, guarantees and sureties – plus close cooperation with banks and internal stakeholders

Essential Skills/Experience Description: ---

• You have 5 to 7 years of professional experience in treasury or finance – whether in a company or at a bank. The main thing is that you know the processes and how things work.
• You have excellent knowledge of liquidity management, payment transactions, and financing – and feel confident and comfortable in these areas.
• You are familiar with regulatory requirements such as EMIR or MaRisk – or at least you are not thrown off balance when they arise
• You are characterized by a high degree of responsibility, analytical thinking skills and a solution-oriented approach
• You have strong communication skills, enjoy working in a team, and are confident in dealing with internal and external contacts – you also conduct bank meetings confidently and professionally.
