Key Responsibilities
DaaS Project Leadership

Lead the end-to-end execution of the DaaS program, including scoping, planning, implementation, and transition to operations.
Own the full lifecycle of end-user devices — from procurement to deployment, management, and retirement.

Procurement & Vendor Management

Manage and streamline DaaS procurement processes with OEMs (Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.).
Drive commercial negotiations, contract finalization, and vendor performance tracking.
Build and maintain vendor catalogues aligned to organization/device standards.

Client Engagement

Act as the single point of contact for the client throughout the DaaS project lifecycle.
Present project updates, timelines, and risk mitigation plans to client stakeholders.
Ensure service delivery aligns with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations.
Responsible for preparing Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly review dashboards

Technical Oversight

Coordinate with internal IT teams for imaging, provisioning, MDM/UEM (e.g., Intune, Tanium, JAMF) integration.
Ensure zero-touch deployment and seamless end-user onboarding.
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure endpoint security compliance.

Budget & Cost Optimization

Track and manage project budget, forecast hardware requirements, and report ROI.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through optimized procurement and asset lifecycle management.
