About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior SAP SD Consultant to join our clients growing team on an initial 12 months contract + extensions. If you're passionate about designing innovative, high-quality solutions, advising clients on best practices, and leading impactful business transformation initiatives, we want to hear from you. As a key player in our clients dynamic consulting environment, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to global projects, particularly in the SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution space.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years in consulting on full lifecycle implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD), including configuration, integration, and process design.
• Proven experience leading client workshops, gathering requirements, and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to design optimized processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is a plus, especially familiarity with the Fit-to-Standard and Activate Methodology.
• Ability to manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor at both business and IT levels.
• Expertise in cross-functional integration, particularly with MM, FI, CO, and logistics execution (warehousing, transportation).
• Mentorship abilities, with a passion for coaching junior consultants and sharing knowledge within the team.
• In-depth understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, covering pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management.
• Experience with intercompany, third-party, and ATP processes.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present, facilitate, and engage with senior stakeholders.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset, and a strong commitment to consulting excellence.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; German is an advantage.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and contribute to national and international SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Manage the full project lifecycle—from fit-to-standard analysis and solution design to testing, training, and go-live support.
• Conduct workshops with business and IT stakeholders, identify requirements, map processes, and design solutions based on SAP Best Practices.
• Perform fit-gap analyses, propose standardized solutions, and document any deviations or enhancement needs.
• Design SAP SD solutions that align with both customer business needs and S/4HANA Cloud standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (FI/CO, MM, PP, EWM, TM) to ensure end-to-end process integration.
• Oversee configuration, testing, and key user enablement activities.
• Develop and deliver training sessions, documentation, and cutover support.
• Ensure compliance with legal and fiscal requirements (e.g., invoicing, tax, electronic document exchange) during solution design.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client key users and management, contributing to successful project delivery.
• Mentor junior consultants, fostering a collaborative environment and sharing best practices to support their growth and development.
