Senior Site Scheduler (Data Center) - Milan - 12 months+

We are supporting a European Data Center seeking a Site Scheduler to development of a large scale, mission-critical data center and substation project.

You will need to work onsite in Milan and it will be a 12 month extendable project.

The Role 

• Develop and manage master programmes across the full project lifecycle
• Define sequencing, milestones, and programme logic aligned to business and customer requirements
• Lead Primavera P6 setup, standards, and scheduling governance
• Review and challenge contractor schedules for accuracy and compliance
• Identify risks, run critical path and scenario analysis, and develop mitigation strategies
• Support tendering, including milestone definition and programme validation
• Advise on delivery timelines and contingencies with internal stakeholders
• Assess programme impacts of design, scope, and procurement changes
• Produce reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
• Lead planning workshops with internal and external teams

Your Experience

• Degree (or equivalent experience) in construction, engineering, or related field
• Strong experience in planning/scheduling complex, mission-critical projects
• Advanced Primavera P6 and MS Project skills
• Proven ability to optimise programmes and challenge contractor logic
• Experience with projects valued €50m+
• End-to-end data centre scheduling experience
