SAP Incident Manager
Dubai, UAE (Onsite)
Contract Role – 2 Year Engagement

We are seeking an experienced SAP Incident Manager to support a large-scale SAP environment in Dubai. This role will focus on managing SAP support operations, coordinating AMS activities, and driving effective incident management across multiple SAP workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end SAP incident and support processes across the AMS landscape
  • Act as the central coordination point for SAP issues, escalations, and service delivery
  • Delegate and track incidents across relevant functional and technical workstreams
  • Lead PMO and governance activities including reporting, status tracking, and stakeholder updates
  • Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of critical business issues
  • Coordinate with internal users, vendors, and support partners
  • Drive service improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
  • Support change, release, and problem management processes

Required Experience

  • Strong experience managing SAP AMS and support environments
  • Proven background in SAP incident management and service delivery
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional SAP teams and third-party vendors
  • Strong PMO, governance, and reporting capabilities
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing/service management tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience supporting large enterprise SAP landscapes preferred
