Project Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to support a large-scale migration from Jira into an established ServiceNow ITSM environment.

The customer operates within a mature technology governance framework and already has an active ServiceNow implementation in place. The engagement focuses on migrating core ITSM capabilities from Jira into ServiceNow while aligning with enterprise architectural and platform best practices.

Scope of Work

• Lead and support migration activities from Jira into ServiceNow ITSM
• Work within an existing, mature ServiceNow environment
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders, governance teams, and technical leads
• Provide architectural guidance and best-practice recommendations
• Ensure scalable and maintainable ServiceNow design and implementation

Required Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
• 3+ years in a ServiceNow Architect role
• 9+ years across ITSM / ESM environments
• Strong expertise in:
  • ServiceNow ITSM
  • NOW Platform
  • NOW Create
  • Integrations
• Intermediate or higher understanding of:
  • CSDM
  • CMDB
