Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant to join a highly skilled and collaborative team.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Management solutions.
• Conduct customer workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system designs.
• Configure and optimize:
  • SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking
  • Time Sheet
  • Time Off
  • Employee Central Time Management
• Design and implement complex time valuation rules, overtime scenarios, shift models, and absence processes.
• Support integrations between SuccessFactors and external systems, including payroll and SAP environments.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices, legal compliance requirements, and future roadmap developments.
• Participate in system testing, UAT activities, cutover planning, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and integration specialists to deliver end-to-end HR solutions.
• Support customers through post-go-live optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors releases and emerging Time Tracking innovations.

Your Profile

Required Experience

• Several years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management.
• Proven experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking projects.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Time Valuations
  • Time Recording Profiles
  • Time Sheet
  • Time Off
  • Work Schedules
  • Holiday Calendars
  • Absence and Attendance Processes
• Experience working in customer-facing consulting environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent German and professional English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
• Experience with:
  • SAP Integration Suite / CPI
  • IAS / IPS
  • SAP BTP
  • Payroll integrations
  • Employee Central implementations
• Exposure to global or multi-country HR transformation projects.
