SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect – Service Implementation (CS Replacement)
Next Ventures are currently executing a search for a SAP Solution Architect for SAP Service management / SAP CS replacement solution.
This role is for a senior SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect joining an internal ERP team to support a Service Management implementation in S/4HANA, replacing the existing SAP Customer Service (CS) solution.
The architect will be responsible for defining the end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring business alignment, guiding implementation teams, and acting as the key authority for design decisions across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Strategy & Architecture Design
The architect will:
- Develop and own the overall SAP solution strategy and architecture for the Service implementation.
- Create implementation roadmaps and technical design plans.
- Ensure compatibility and consistency across S/4HANA components and integrations.
- Align technical architecture with business processes and operational requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as the critical bridge between business and IT by:
- Working closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and development teams.
- Translating business needs into scalable SAP solutions.
- Facilitating design discussions and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
System Configuration & Integration Oversight
Provide architectural guidance for:
- SAP module configuration and best-practice design.
- Integration with external systems and enterprise applications.
- Custom developments and enhancements.
- Final solution design decisions and governance.
Documentation & Compliance
Ensure strong architectural governance through:
- Comprehensive solution and architecture documentation.
- Compliance with industry standards, regulations, and enterprise best practices.
- Maintaining traceability of design decisions and technical specifications.
Required Skills & Experience :
SAP Expertise
- Strong experience as an SAP Solution Architect in S/4HANA environments.
- Deep knowledge of SAP Service Management and/or replacement solutions for SAP CS.
- Experience with end-to-end ERP architecture and integration design.
Technical & Functional Skills
- S/4HANA solution design and implementation.
- Integration architecture with external systems and SAP modules.
- Knowledge of SAP best practices, customization approaches, and governance.
- Experience supporting testing, documentation, and compliance activities.
Soft Skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
- Leadership and decision-making capability in complex ERP programs.
- Risk management and problem-solving mindset.
Likely Focus Areas in This Project
