Requirements Description:
Telelift is looking for a customer-focused Service Technician to maintain, service, troubleshoot and repair its automated intralogistics and conveyor systems at customer sites across the Berlin OR Hamburg region. The role involves travelling to existing customer locations, carrying out preventative maintenance, responding to breakdowns, and ensuring maximum system availability.

Tasks Description:

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on automated conveyor/intralogistics systems.
• Carry out preventative maintenance in accordance with maintenance schedules.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.
• Repair or replace defective components.
• Complete system modifications, upgrades and small installations.
• Support and advise customers on-site.
• Conduct statutory inspections and safety checks.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional service delivery.

Essential Skills/Experience Description:

• Completed vocational qualification as an Electrician, Electromechanical Technician (Mechatroniker), or equivalent electrical qualification.
• Experience in electrical and/or mechanical maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Independent, reliable and structured working style.
• Willingness to travel within the Berlin region.
• Valid driving licence (Class B).
• German language skills suitable for customer interaction.

Desirable Skills/Additional Information Description:

• Experience with conveyor systems, intralogistics, automated transport systems or industrial machinery.
• Experience working in field service or maintenance engineering.
