SAP GRC Consultant

The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience across SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), together with solid expertise in SAP Security and Authorisations. You will be responsible for supporting and delivering GRC and security-related activities within an SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement and support SAP GRC Access Control solutions.
• Work across GRC modules including Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), Business Role Management (BRM) and Emergency Access Management (EAM/Firefighter).
• Design, maintain and troubleshoot SAP roles and authorisations.
• Perform SAP Security & Authorisations activities, including role design, user administration and access reviews.
• Analyse and remediate Segregation of Duties (SoD) and access risks.
• Support GRC workflows, approvals and access provisioning.
• Investigate and resolve security and authorisation issues.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams and technical teams to understand access requirements.
• Support audits, compliance requirements and access governance processes.
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer where required.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience as an SAP GRC Consultant.
• Proven hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control.
• Strong SAP Security & Authorisations experience.
• Experience with GRC ARA, ARM, BRM and EAM/Firefighter.
• Strong understanding of SAP roles, profiles, authorisations and user administration.
• Experience with SoD risk analysis and remediation.
• Good understanding of SAP security concepts and access governance.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Desirable

• Experience supporting large or complex SAP landscapes.
• SAP S/4HANA security experience.
• Experience with GRC upgrades, implementations or migrations.
• Knowledge of Fiori security and authorisations.
• Previous experience working within regulated or highly controlled environments.
