ServiceNow NowAssist/AI Developer - Remote

We’re looking for a hands-on ServiceNow NowAssist/AI Developer to join a global customer on a 3-6 month contract.
You will support and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions with a strong focus on ChatBot/Virtual Agent, Now Assist and AI capabilities.

The Role

• Design, configure and implement ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities across the platform.
• Develop and deploy ServiceNow Virtual Agent (Chatbot) solutions, including conversational flows, topics and automated interactions.
• Configure and customise Now Assist functionality, including case summarisation, incident summarisation, AI Search and agent assistance.
• Build and optimise chatbot workflows using Virtual Agent Designer, Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Flow Designer.
• Implement Now Assist and other AI features (case summarization, agent assist, AI search, routing/classification)

Your Experience

• 5+ years ServiceNow platform experience
• Strong Now Assist and Virtual Agent experience
• Hands-on technical development (scripting, flows, integrations) experience
• Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities and protocol
