Android Developer (F/M) 50-100%
As an Android Developer, you will contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of stable Swatch PAY mobile applications, with a focus on UI/UX improvements for Swatch end consumers.
Part of a dynamic and talented team, you will work under the guidance of the Senior Developer and Product Owner, contributing to the quality and maintainability of Swatch PAY applications developed in Kotlin, with the opportunity to learn Swift for occasional iOS maintenance activities.
You will be integrated into our Agile Scrum working methodology.
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
•
Maintain and improve stable Swatch PAY Android applications using Kotlin, with a focus on UI/UX improvements.
•
Collaborate with the Senior Developer and Product Owner to define, design, and deliver UI/UX improvements.
•
Support the Android application lifecycle, from analysis and implementation to deployment.
•
Investigate customer care cases from time to time.
•
Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and help ensure code quality and consistency.
•
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in Android development. PERSONAL SKILLS

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in Android development with Kotlin
•
Willingness to learn Swift for occasional iOS maintenance activities
•
Familiar with agile methodology (SAFe, SCRUM)
•
Collaborative tools (Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Teams)
•
Clean code (SonarCloud)
•
Source code management (GitHub)
•
GitHub workflows
•
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•
Junior profile accepted, with initial experience in Android mobile application development and a willingness to grow.
In addition to your fun, positive and over creative personality, you can demonstrate excellent communication skills and a developed team player mind set.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of the Android ecosystem and mobile application lifecycle management. Interest in learning Swift and the Apple ecosystem is a plus.
In addition, you are fluent in English, German and/or French.
