BMS Project Engineer - 6 months+

For a large client global client we are looking for a BMS Project Engineer for a 6 month extendable contract. 

The Role

• Review project specifications, designs and identify any commissioning issues
• Work to the commissioning requirements and report any need to deviate from the existing design. Co-operate with the M&E commissioning engineers on site.
• Liaise closely with the project manager to highlight any operational problems
• Use safe systems of working and Electricity at Work Regulations, Health and Safety Regulations
• Develop software programs, Graphics, commission and troubleshoot to ensure proper operations of the building control system
• Coordinate and create necessary drawings and equipment schedules for submittals and installation
• Load and commission system and network-level controllers
• Validate complete system functionality and troubleshoot problems with subcontractors

Your Experience

• 3+ years of experience in BMS Control systems
• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in creating/updating BMS software and graphics and working knowledge of BMS Industry standards protocols
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with MS Office; Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Experience with Metasys is desirable
