Business Central Project Manager
Contract: 12 months
Location: Creuse, France
Working Environment: Hybrid, 2/3 days per week or 1 week onsite every 3 weeks.
Our client an established European industrial manufacturing group with over 1,000+ employees, operating in over 30 countries across Europe and the US. For their French entity, they are searching for an experienced Business Central Project manager to help them move from a 25 year old legacy system onto Business Central.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation programme across multiple business units.
- Work closely with the internal Project Managers to coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist in managing internal teams, ERP partners, and external vendors.
- Support integrations between Business Central, and other external systems.
- Help to align processes across previously independent companies within the group.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and support process improvements.
- Assist with governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Support rollout planning, change management, and user adoption activities.
Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Navision
- Experience supporting ERP integrations with external systems, ideally Epicor
- Exposure to large scale multi-entity or international ERP implementations
- Any experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments is beneficial.
- Exposure to legacy ERP environments or ERP replacement programmes (such as BAAN, ECC)
- Strong stakeholder coordination and project management skills.
- French and English speaking is a must, Spanish speaking is a bonus
