About the Role
We’re seeking a client-facing Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) & Power Platform Functional Consultant to join our global consulting team. You will lead end-to-end engagements, from discovery and solution design to build, testing, and go-live leveraging D365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing), Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
You’ll shape business outcomes for enterprise clients across multiple industries, partnering closely with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams in a remote-first model with periodic onsite sprints and workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops, conduct stakeholder interviews, define business processes, gather/validate requirements, and translate them into user stories and functional specs.
- Design end-to-end D365 CE and Power Platform solutions, including data model, security roles, forms/views, business process flows, and automation.
- Configure D365 CE (Sales/Service/Marketing/Field Service), implement Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven), Power Automate flows, and Power Pages with Dataverse.
- Collaborate on integrations (APIs, connectors), support data migration strategy, mapping, cleansing, and cutover plans.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years in functional consulting with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing/Real-time), and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Proven delivery across full project lifecycle (discovery → design → build → test → go-live → hypercare) in client-facing consulting environments.
- Strong capability mapping: process design, backlog creation, user story definition, acceptance criteria, fit-gap analysis.
- Hands-on configuration of D365 CE entities/tables, forms/views, business rules, business process flows, and security roles.
- Model-driven apps, Canvas apps, Dataverse schema design, Power Automate cloud flows; familiarity with Power Pages.
