We’re a dynamic and fast-growing IT consulting firm delivering innovative Microsoft solutions to clients across Europe. From strategy through to implementation, we help organizations get the most out of Microsoft Dynamics 365. We’re expanding our Lisbon team and looking for a proactive D365 CRM Project Manager to take ownership of key CRM engagements.

Role Overview:
As a D365 CRM Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) projects. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful project delivery—on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead D365 CE (CRM) implementation and upgrade projects across various industries.

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed.

  • Work closely with clients, functional consultants, developers, and solution architects.

  • Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.

  • Ensure alignment to Microsoft best practices and agile/waterfall methodologies as needed.

  • Track project performance and support post-go-live transition and adoption.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years experience managing Dynamics 365 CRM or other enterprise software projects.

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).

  • Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.

  • Familiar with the Microsoft ecosystem including Power Platform, Azure, and integration tools.

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project).

  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.

  • Fluent in Portuguese
