Solution Orchestration: Manage the full lifecycle of a major Microsoft business application rollout, including discovery, configuration, and go-live phases.
Module Optimization: Customize system settings for inventory control, sourcing, distribution, and freight management to align with global and local requirements.
Operational Alignment: Conduct deep-dive analyses to resolve business challenges through digital capabilities and system enhancements.
Integrated Workflow: Collaborate with production and accounting specialists to maintain a unified and accurate data environment.
Knowledge Transfer: Provide hands-on coaching and post-launch troubleshooting to empower internal teams.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years specifically within the Microsoft Finance & Operations (F&O) ecosystem.
Process Mastery: High proficiency in managing "order-to-cash" and "procure-to-pay" cycles.
Technical Literacy: Familiarity with cloud-based BI tools, low-code automation (Power Platform), and API-led integrations.
Communication: Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts for executive leadership and stakeholders.
Languages: Mandatory fluency in English.
Certifications: Relevant industry certifications in digital supply chain ecosystems are highly valued.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with large-scale international rollouts, Agile delivery frameworks, and manufacturing or financial sub-systems. Fluency in an additional European language is a plus.
