We are seeking a D365FO SCM Business Analyst to support a global D365FO implementation within a mid-sized European manufacturing group operating across 20+ countries, with 100+ entities and approximately 1,500–2,000 employees.

As a business analyst you will be responsible for Warehouse Management (WMS), Production, and Planning, supporting the rollout of standardized processes across a complex, multi-entity environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements across multiple entities
• Design and support D365FO solutions for:
  • Warehouse Management (WMS)
  • Production Control
  • Master Planning
• Facilitate workshops and act as the bridge between business and IT teams
• Support testing (UAT), deployment, and go-live activities
• Drive standardization of supply chain processes across regions

Requirements:

• Proven experience with D365FO / Dynamics AX (SCM)
• Strong expertise in WMS, Production, and Planning
• Experience in end-to-end ERP implementations (global preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, IT, Business)
• Capable of travelling 2–3 times per month for 2–3 days.
