We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects and programmes across multiple business units. You will be responsible for ensuring successful implementation, stakeholder engagement, governance, and value realisation across the ServiceNow platform.
Lead the delivery of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party partners.
Drive Agile/Scrum delivery practices and ensure adherence to governance frameworks.
Oversee resource planning and capacity management.
Ensure quality assurance, UAT coordination, and successful go-live activities.
Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on delivery progress and KPIs.
Support continuous improvement and roadmap planning for the ServiceNow platform
