🌐 Overview

We're seeking a visionary IT Infrastructure Strategy Lead to shape and drive our long-term infrastructure roadmap. This role will be pivotal in aligning technology architecture with business objectives, ensuring resilience, scalability, and future-readiness in all our core infrastructure platforms.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a strategic infrastructure vision across cloud, network, data center, and on-prem environments

• Evaluate emerging technologies and propose adoption strategies to increase operational efficiency and agility

• Lead planning and governance for infrastructure transformation initiatives

• Collaborate with security, application, and operations teams to ensure cohesive IT strategy alignment

• Define KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate infrastructure effectiveness

• Ensure strategies comply with regulatory, financial, and sustainability goals

• Present plans and insights to leadership and stakeholders, translating technical detail into business impact

🧠 Ideal Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, or transformation (5+ years)

• Deep knowledge of hybrid cloud, networking, virtualization, and automation frameworks

• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code, container platforms, and DevOps culture is a plus

• Strategic mindset with an analytical approach to complex problem solving

💡 Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT Management, or related field
