Context

Group Finance function transformation program (ERP change and outsourcing of certain accounting and management activities to a BPO / Business Process Outsourcing) for its subsidiary entities and HQ, in France and Europe.
The functional scope of the transformation includes: R2R (Record to Report), P2P (Procure to Pay), O2C (Order to Cash).

Position
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Finance Transformation, as the GPO (Group Process Owner) for the PMS (Property Management System, front office tool) to Cash domain (operational control of Cash at the group, accounting integration of Cash and Revenue into the ERP, management of impacts on bank reconciliation, etc.), your main missions will be:

Role

  • Actively participate in all phases of the "ERP/BPO" project, including:
  • Stabilization & continuous improvement of the model already deployed for French entities (HQ).
  • Contribute to the stabilization of functional framing tools for interface flows between the PMS tools (Property Management System: Revenue & Means of payment), MTI (Operational Cash Reconciliation), and the Accounting ERP.
  • Deployment of the Core Model to the next French entities as well as internationally: NL, BE, DE, PL (including Gap Analysis phases).
  • Be the guarantor of the Core Model. Express the need for each of the workstreams making up this project (process, data migration, interfaces, reporting, workflow) in the PMS to Cash domain.
  • Ensure that the configured system meets the expectations of the Finance Department / functional managers, the Project Management, and the Users in your domain.
  • Help identify and resolve issues encountered throughout this project.
  • Participate in functional tests and system validation as configured (Construction and execution of test scenarios).
  • Promote the transfer and adoption of the system by end-users by contributing to the drafting of operating procedures / training materials.

Profile

  • Holding a Master's degree in Finance-Accounting or equivalent, you have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Cash Management, General and Subsidiary Accounting, and/or Audit, and/or in a financial control function.
  • You have already held a major role in one or more Finance Transformation projects including the implementation of an ERP within a large-scale Group.
  • Knowledge of the Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite is a real asset.
  • You are comfortable with the analysis and processing of business and accounting data from different sources/tools for functional framing purposes: identifying discrepancies, analyzing causes, and proposing corrective actions in collaboration with other functional and technical contributors.
  • Are you autonomous with a team spirit? Are you curious and able to adapt to a changing environment?
  • Finally, are you proactive and is your level of English fluent?
