Job title: Project Manager – Business Process Transformation

Location: Warsaw, Poland (travel required)

Start Date: ASAP

Engagement: Long term B2B contract 12- month rolling contract

Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-impact transformation initiative focused on business process optimization and operational efficiency. The role involves working across two locations with travel fully covered by the client. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong consulting acumen, process mapping expertise, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end process improvement and transformation projects across business units
• Conduct strategic and market analysis to inform operational restructuring
• Facilitate workshops and document processes using BPMN 2.0 standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change initiatives
• Travel between Warsaw other European countries.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years in management consulting, business advisory, or transformation delivery
• Strong background in business process modeling (preferably using ARIS or similar tools)
• Familiarity with the energy or industrial sectors is advantageous
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent analytical thinking and interpersonal collaboration
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Oil & Gas operations or hydrocarbon lifecycle projects
