Project Overview

Delivered a 6-month SAP S/4HANA implementation programme for a Portugal-based client, supporting the transition from legacy ERP processes into a modern integrated S/4HANA landscape. Scope covered design, build, testing, migration, go-live, and hypercare across core finance and operational workstreams.

The programme focused on process harmonisation, improved reporting capability, and standardisation of key business operations through SAP best-practice architecture. Six-month S/4HANA implementations are common for lean or template-driven deployments.
