Next Ventures are partnered with a US based consultancy who are looking to hire an AI Architect for a crucial project on a W2 basis.

The role will require someone with 10+ years hands on Development experience with 3+ years experience in a technical leadership role:

Job Title: Lead AI Engineer/Architect

Location: US/ Fully-remote

Pay Rate/Per Hour (USD) - $85

Start Date: ASAP

In this role, you will lead the project and be responsible for;

- Multi-agent architecture

- Governance of LLM

- Guardrails of finance and compliance

- Integration of systems

- Technical Leadership of Mid-Level Ai Engineers

To carry out these responsibilities, you'll need experience with:

- Python

- FastMCP,

- GCP Workload Identity

- Vertex AI Model Garden (Claude and Gemini)

- Multi-agent AI systems

- Tokenomics

- Mentoring and leading Mid-Level AI engineers

Requirements:

- 8+ years of software engineering experience

- 3+ years in a technical leadership

- Advanced Python proficiency

- Advanced GCP experience
