Lead / Senior Salesforce Developer - Lisbon - Hybrid

I'm recruiting for a Lead Salesforce Developer for an international, high-impact role.

You’ll own design, build, and unit testing across Salesforce and related domains. You’ll write functional and technical specs, implement parameterization to standard, code interfaces, run unit tests, fix defects, and review test cases.

Must-haves:

• Degree in CS, IT, Business Informatics, or equivalent

• 8+ years Salesforce development

• Strong Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and integrations

• Hands-on unit testing, defect analysis, and fixes

• Solid Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines

• JavaScript/HTML for templates, campaign troubleshooting, and cross-browser rendering

• Leadership to guide and motivate developers

• English B2+ (spoken and written)

• Hybrid: 2 days/week in Lisbon

Nice to have: Platform Developer I & II, CTA.
