Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant

Next Ventures are looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant.
The role requires the following:
  • Several years of proved implementation experience of Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM in following modules
o Core Human Capital Management,
o Absence Management,
o HR Helpdesk,
o Payroll (UK and IE)
o Recruiting,
o Time & Labor,
o Oracle Benefits,
o Strategic Workforce Planning,
o Oracle Journeys,
o Talent Review and Succession Management
  • Implementation experience in all project phases from specification through realization to transition to production
  • Experience in data migration and post-production support, mandatory.
  • Experience in design interfaces and customizations, preferable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across a multi-disciplined team spanned across countries
  • Knowledge of UK and Ireland Localizations requirements and oracle Cloud solution
  • Remote work but availability to travel to UK and Ireland if required
  • Work onsite expected during user testing, training and first production stabilization period
