Partner – Head of Data & AI

The Role

This is not a position where you inherit an existing practice—you will build one.

You will take full ownership of the Data & AI business, defining its strategy, growing the leadership team, developing new offerings and leading business growth across the Financial Services market.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the firm's Data & AI practice.
• Define strategy, operating model and service portfolio.
• Recruit, mentor and develop senior consulting leadership.
• Take ownership of the practice P&L and commercial performance.
• Originate and close major transformation programmes with executive-level clients.
• Develop long-term relationships across the Financial Services sector.
• Represent the business through industry events, publications and thought leadership.
• Shape the wider growth strategy as part of the senior leadership team.

What We're Looking For

You are an entrepreneurial leader with a proven history of building successful businesses, practices or high-performing consulting teams.

Experience

• Extensive leadership experience within Data & AI consulting or Financial Services transformation.
• Proven experience building and scaling consulting practices or enterprise Data & AI organisations.
• Strong commercial background with responsibility for significant revenue growth.
• Demonstrated success winning and delivering multi-million Euro transformation programmes.
• Deep understanding of AI, Data Strategy, Analytics, Data Platforms and Digital Transformation.
• Strong Financial Services domain expertise.

Leadership

• Proven people leader with experience hiring, coaching and developing senior consultants.
• Able to inspire high-performing teams while making commercially driven decisions.
• Comfortable operating in entrepreneurial, high-growth environments.

Network

• Well-established executive network across Financial Services.
• Trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and senior technology leaders.

Languages

• Fluent German and English.
