Job Title: Romanian-Speaking IT Project Manager (Contract)

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager fluent in Romanian and English to lead the delivery of software projects in the medical and healthcare domain. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing end-to-end software development initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle for healthcare/medical software solutions.

• Coordinate Romanian-speaking stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.

• Define scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery plans.

• Oversee requirements gathering, quality assurance, and regulatory alignment.

• Provide clear reporting, risk management, and communication to leadership.

Requirements:

• Fluent Romanian and English.

• 5+ years of IT project management experience.

• Strong background delivering medical/healthcare software projects.

• Familiarity with healthcare compliance and standards.

• Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.

Contract: 6–12 months, competitive rate, remote with potential travel.
