Job description: - As a software quality and testing specialist, you are the quality conscience of an agile development team of our web platform. - In the planning phase you find out the true complexity behind the ideas of the product owner during the backlog refinement. - In the development phase, you design tests, discover ambiguities and bring the product owner and developers together in good time before the work starts to diverge. - You are familiar with the current development status of your team and always keep track of the software. - You perform the tests, are responsible for the management of deviations and feel responsible for the quality of the software. - You write automated regression tests and support the development and maintenance of the development and test environments. - You inspire the developers to deliver high-quality software. Then you find the critical errors that only the really good ones find. Profile requirement: - You always know a better way - and know when "good" is "good enough". - You can use "agile", "process", and "documentation" in a single sentence and feel comfortable with it. - You know the meaning of ISTQB certification - and the nonsense, but also the vocabulary. - You know the advantages of Scrum - and the disadvantages, and are used to living agile. - You are familiar with the methods of agile testing and you know the pitfalls of testing web shops. - You are an expert in the test automation of web interfaces with Java and Selenium. - You feel confident in using browser testing tools, know HTTP and how to test web microservices. - You know content management systems like TYPO3 and the processes of telecommunication - and what you don't know yet, you learn. - You have a strong sense of initiative, you bring in and develop your own technological and professional ideas, and you are used to getting information yourself. - You are not afraid to look into the code together with a developer and to develop it further in pair programming. - You are a native German speaker or at least have a good C1 level. - You love the word "team", are not a lone wolf and appreciate the exchange of ideas.
