A global, technology-driven organization is seeking an experienced SailPoint Engineer for a 12-month freelance mission, with a high likelihood of extension. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on IAM engineer to build, enhance, and support enterprise-scale identity solutions within a modern, high-security environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineer, configure, and maintain SailPoint solutions (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow) across the full lifecycle.
• Develop and customize workflows, rules, connectors, forms, and provisioning processes within SailPoint.
• Implement integrations with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, databases, and directory services.
• Build and optimize role models, access policies, account provisioning tasks, and automated identity processes.
• Support identity lifecycle operations including onboarding, offboarding, access requests, certifications, and governance tasks.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure platform stability and performance.
• Contribute to solution architecture, upgrades, patches, and continuous engineering improvements.
• Ensure technical alignment with security standards, compliance requirements, and operational best practices.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on engineering experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow.
• Deep understanding of IAM concepts including RBAC, authentication, authorization, and identity governance.
• Technical proficiency with Java, Beanshell, APIs, SQL, and scripting languages.
• Experience working in large, complex, distributed environments is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical teams, clearly explaining engineering decisions and impacts.
