Position: ABAP Senior Developer / Lead Consultant
Location: Hybrid (2 days on-site, Portugal)
Contract Type: 1-Year Fixed Term, with Permanent Conversion Option
Start Date: January 2026

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ABAP Senior Developer / Lead to join our growing SAP team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP ABAP, FIORI, and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), with a proven ability to lead integration initiatives and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP solutions.

• Develop and enhance FIORI applications and BTP-based integrations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

• Guide and train junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Participate in system integrations, testing, and documentation activities.

• Support continuous improvement and innovation across SAP landscapes.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.

• Strong exposure to FIORI and BTP integration.

• Solid understanding of SAP architecture and end-to-end business processes.

• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.

• Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers.

• Availability to work 2 days per week on-site in Portugal.
