12 month 100% remote contract role for a SAP ARIBA / MM Support consultant to work in Supplier Management Service delivery team that  supports IT solutions used by the supplier management organization on a global basis.
Supported processes include Sourcing, Contracting, P2O (purchase to order) for both Direct and Indirect Segments, SLP (Supplier Lifecycle Performance), Guided Buying, Spot Buy, Ariba Network Supply Chain Collaboration, and SLP - MDG Integration.
 
The role involves close collaboration with Process Integration (PI) and ABAP teams to analyze issues and map processes/scenarios as needed.
 
**Responsibilities:**
- Act as a team member of the Supplier Management service delivery team.
- Provide 2nd to 4th level support to end-users, super users, and global process teams worldwide.
- Resolve incidents and service requests timely and with quality to meet SLAs and KPIs.
- Deliver GAPs (mini projects) within the area.
- Share knowledge and document solutions in the Problem Management Portal or central repositories.
- Propose and participate in continuous improvement of the service work.
- Collaborate with users, business partners, suppliers, and other Global IM colleagues.
- Participate in Innovation Ideation.
- Support global stakeholders with flexibility in working hours as required.
 
**Must have Required Skills:**
Order of Prioritization:
1. SAP MM (Procurement Module) and integration with FI, SD & Warehouse Management in ECC/S4 HANA.
2. AN SCC - Ariba Business Network Supplier Chain Collaboration.
3. Native Integration: Ariba-SAP ECC/S4, SAP ECC/S4-Ariba, Ariba SLP-MDG using Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
4. Ariba API Knowledge.
5. Ariba P2O for Indirect Segments including Guided Buying and Spot Buy with backend integration to ECC/S4 HANA.
6. Ariba Sourcing & Contracting for Indirect and Direct Segments including Guided Sourcing.
 
**Preferred Skills**
Order of Prioritization
1. Knowledge of Blanket Order, Service Order, Service Entry Sheet, Guided Buying.
2. Knowledge of customs and trade compliance such as IPR (inward processing relief).
3. SAP ABAP.
4. SAP Fiori.
5. POIA (Commercial Automation) & Ariba network
 
Key competence - Professional Skills & Competences:
- Minimum 5 years experience with SAP ECC (EHP7 or EHP8) / S4 HANA.
- Minimum 3 years experience with SAP Ariba and SAP Ariba Business Network.
- Good technical and functional understanding in the area.
- Proven implementation skills through project roles or end-user consulting.
- Good understanding of Supplier Management business processes (Sourcing and Procurement) or Source to Pay.
- Hands-on experience in project implementation and/or service desk level 3 and 4 support.
- Understanding of SAP on-premise and cloud infrastructure architecture standards.
- Ability to translate user requirements into technical design specifications.
 
**Advantages:**
- SAP certification in SAP MM / Sourcing and Procurement module in SAP S/4 HANA.
- SAP Ariba Certification.
- Knowledge in ABAP and Fiori.
