Overview
We are looking for a seasoned SAP Data & Analytics Lead with over a decade of experience in delivering enterprise-level SAP data solutions, particularly in SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). This role requires a blend of technical expertise and functional understanding—especially in Finance data modeling and analytics—along with strong leadership capabilities to drive end-to-end solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise data models and analytics platforms using SAP Datasphere and SAC.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, ODS models, and manage data integration workflows (inbound and outbound) across Finance and cross-functional domains.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, performant data models and insightful analytical reports.
• Provide hands-on development in SAP Datasphere, Data Fabric, and SAP Analytics Cloud, including advanced KPIs, calculations, and dashboards.
• Establish and promote best practices for data governance, lineage tracking, and security across the SAP data landscape.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ of overall IT experience, with core expertise in SAP Data & Analytics.
• Proven, hands-on experience with:
  • SAP Datasphere (data modeling, semantic layer, transformations, and integrations)
  • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) (story building, planning, predictive analytics, dashboarding)
• Solid understanding of data integration technologies and modern cloud data architectures.
• Deep functional expertise in Finance data domains—especially FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO—including modeling and analytics for S/4HANA and non-SAP data sources.
• Experience in integrating SAP Datasphere with SAP S/4HANA and external data sources.
• SAP Certifications in Datasphere, Data Fabric, and/or SAC are preferred.

• Experience working in client-facing roles with direct stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
