About the Role

As part of the UK & Ireland Managed Services team, you’ll provide expert support to a diverse client base, delivering high-quality SAP HCM solutions. This role involves hands-on configuration, issue resolution, documentation, and customer engagement — making it ideal for a driven, solution-focused consultant eager to add value from day one.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert support across SAP HCM modules (Payroll, PA, OM, TM, ESS/MSS, T&E)

  • Investigate and resolve complex issues efficiently and professionally

  • Provide clear, high-quality documentation and configuration work

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and external partners to understand requirements and deliver change

  • Manage your own workload, adhering to SLAs and maintaining compliance with legal regulations

  • Mentor junior consultants and support the development of internal capabilities

  • Contribute to process improvements and innovation within the team


What You Bring

  • 5+ years of SAP HCM experience with strong configuration knowledge

  • Deep understanding of UK and/or Irish payroll legislation

  • Experience in client support environments, ideally within Managed Services

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • A proactive mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

  • Commercial awareness and ability to deliver within budget and scope

  • Proficiency in MS Office and documentation best practices

  • Desirable: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
