Are you at home in SAP management/SAP consulting and are you particularly familiar with the modules in the field of human capital management?
If so, this fantastic hybrid working role could be for you and, for the successful person, comes with the option of taking over the SAP HCM team management in the future.
You will work in the Business Applications department and will complement the current 4-person SAP HCM team. A particular challenge in this area over the next few years will be the conversion of the current SAP ECC 6.0 system landscape to SAP S/4 HANA, and you will play a key role in shaping its introduction.
Working within a collaborative team, you will provide comprehensive support for SAP applications for the HCM area – including add-ons and interfaces to subsystems. With a trained eye for detail, you will analyse the requirements of their specialist departments and expertly check their feasibility. They will also rely on your cooperation and (partial) project management in a wide range of IT projects – especially in the conversion of the current SAP ECC 6.0 system landscape to SAP S/4HANA.
Role requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in supporting SAP HCM modules PA, PT, PY or OM – including customising
- Know-how of human resources processes
- Experience in (partial) project management of complex IT projects
- Ideally, knowledgeable in the implementation or operation of S/4HANA
- Know-how in change management as well as in presentation and moderation
