We are looking for a Senior SAP HCM / SuccessFactors resource for a full time / freelance (B2B) contract role with a European manufacturing client as follows:

Start: ASAP / immediate in October
End; 30th of June, 2026 (initial 8 month contract)
Hours; 11:00 - 20:00 IST (full time, 8 hours per day billable)
Rate: in EUR per hour

We need to increase the Project XXX Global Workstream with yet another S4 HCM Expert to meet the demands of the project.
Tasks:
To work with the team on Deploy-related tasks for Project West, both for the logical and physical separation. This includes BIB-related config, S4 HCM Baseline config, running the SF to S4 replication from BIB, working on our business partner/employee as customer process and its related S4 configuration (as well as internal integration), and troubleshooting possible integration issues.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience with SAP HCM, preferably from S/4 Deploy projects.
Experience with configuring and troubleshooting the SAP SF to SAP S4 replication, including knowledge of the BIB addon.
Some knowledge of EC (Employee Central), the masterdata module with SAP SuccessFactors, is also preferred. This helps tremendously with troubleshooting integration issues
