SAP HCM Consultant (m/f/d) - PA/PY Module

Your Responsibilities

  • Customer Consulting: Provide comprehensive advice on payroll and personnel administration, from strategic planning to aftercare.
  • System Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and development of customer systems in SAP HCM.
  • Project Implementation: Participate in SAP HCM implementation projects, ensuring smooth transitions and effective solutions.
  • Technical Solutions: Customize, maintain, document, and process remote solutions for technical issues.

Your Profile

  • Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a similar field.
  • Professional Experience: Solid background in payroll accounting, with experience in personnel administration preferred.
  • SAP HCM Expertise: Prior experience in SAP HCM projects or operations, with a solid understanding of payroll customization and HR processes.
  • Proactive and Analytical: High initiative, strong problem-solving skills, and a keen analytical mind.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent German (C1 level or higher) and good English (B2 level or higher).
