Freelance SAP HCM Consultant (PA/PY) — Remote (Germany) — ASAP Start

Contract: Freelance, initial 6 months with strong likelihood of extension Location: Fully remote
Language: Fluent German essential

What we're looking for:

• Strong hands-on SAP HCM PA (Personnel Administration) and PY (German Payroll) experience — customising and implementation, not just support
• 5+ years of SAP HCM implementation experience
• Organisational Management (OM) experience highly desirable — the ideal profile covers all three
• Experience with test case definition and preparation based on system setup is a significant plus
• Fluent German — the project team works entirely in German
