SAP P2P Leader - London

Only senior experienced PTP candidates who meet the majority of criteria in each of the areas of SAP IT leadership capability, deep technical PTP expertise, and line management experience, will be considered. 
 

• Lead, develop, and manage a first class, high performing global SAP PTP IT organisation.
• PTP Delivery Excellence - all aspects of PTP global template delivery (scope, design, build, test) within the main G2 program, and other related PTP IT initiatives.
• PTP Operations Excellence - all aspects of PTP BAU operational service and support in the production environment.
• IT ownership and governance for the PTP global template solution.
• Hands on detailed solution evaluation and design as needed.
• Prioritize PTP IT team activities as needed, eg redirection of resources to resolve high priority issues (outages, defects, delivery schedule, etc).   
• Ensure cohesive alignment and integration of PTP with the other SAP functional areas: OTC, RTR, Supply Chain, Project Services, HR.  
• Ensure all PTP related master and transactional data is fully incorporated into all aspects of solution and process design within the global template.
• Define and deliver against the global PTP solution strategy and roadmap (short, Medium, and long term).  
• Full life cycle management of all new PTP IT enterprise projects and initiatives, from concept and business case, through delivery and production go live, to handover and BAU support.  
• Identify / implement opportunities to drive efficiency and cost reduction through innovation and automation.
• Manage monthly PTP production releases.
• Define, maintain, and report global PTP IT KPI’s covering delivery and operations.
• PTP IT risks and issues management, mitigation, reporting.  
• Ensure alignment of the PTP solution and process with the corresponding PTP data model.
• Manage all project and BAU PTP IT resources and activities.
• Manage all 3rd party supplier PTP resources.
• Manage all PTP integrations within the SAP environment, and to non SAP systems.
• Continuous improvement for IT delivery, operations, and efficiencies in the PTP arena.
• Form and maintain strong and effective working relationships with the other SAP IT functional heads and teams, PTP Global Process Owners, PTP senior stakeholders and subject matter experts in the business, data management organisation, shared service centre.   
• Weekly progress reporting for the PTP function covering delivery and operations.
• PTP resource budget management, planning and onboarding.
• Annual goal setting, development, and performance reviews for permanent PTP IT staff.
• Ensure that the G2 PTP IT organisation is a great place to work for the PTP team.
• Ensure strong and effective communications and engagement within the PTP IT team.
• Manage PTP IT employee matters and issues.
