Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant to join our team in Poland on a 12-month contract, supporting our pharmaceutical and life sciences clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) and Payroll modules, with expertise in delivering payroll solutions specific to the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. The role involves working closely with clients to implement and optimize payroll systems, ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, implement, and support SAP Payroll solutions within the SAP HCM module for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients.

  • Gather business requirements and provide expert advice on payroll best practices tailored to the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Payroll with other HR and financial systems.

  • Troubleshoot payroll-related issues and provide timely, efficient solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with local Polish payroll regulations, tax laws, and industry-specific compliance standards (e.g., FDA, EMA).

  • Provide training and support to end-users in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.

  • Participate in system testing, go-live support, and post-implementation review.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in SAP Payroll consulting or related roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP HCM and Payroll configuration.

  • Familiarity with Polish payroll legislation and tax compliance, as well as industry-specific requirements.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken).

  • SAP certification in HCM/Payroll is a plus.
