About the Opportunity

We are hiring 4 SAP Consultants (PP, EWM, SD, and FICO) to join a global consultancy delivering major SAP S/4HANA implementation programmes for leading fashion and retail clients across Italy.

These are high-visibility transformation projects with well-known fashion brands, offering the opportunity to work on full-cycle S/4HANA implementations within an international delivery environment.

Projects are primarily based in Rome, Milan, and across Italy’s East Coast, operating under a hybrid work model with flexibility for on-site travel as required.

Open Roles

1. SAP PP Consultant

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Production Planning implementations

• Configure and optimize manufacturing and planning processes

• Work closely with supply chain and production stakeholders

• Manage integrations with MM, SD, and EWM modules

2. SAP EWM Consultant

• Deliver SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management implementations

• Configure inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes

• Support warehouse automation and integration scenarios

• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams

3. SAP SD Consultant

• Implement SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution solutions

• Manage order-to-cash processes

• Support pricing, billing, and customer master data design

• Work closely with retail and e-commerce business stakeholders

4. SAP FICO Consultant

• Deliver SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling implementations

• Support GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling processes

• Lead financial integration across logistics modules

• Assist with reporting, compliance, and localization requirements

Key Requirements

• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementations

• Strong configuration expertise in respective SAP module (PP, EWM, SD, or FICO)

• Experience working with fashion or retail clients (highly preferred)

• English speaking (mandatory)

• Italian language skills (preferred)

• Ability to work in a hybrid model and travel when required

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
