Location: Poland – Hybrid / Remote
Contract: 12 months initially, with potential for extension
Start: Mid-October 2026
Project: Large-scale, multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation programme
We are currently looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Transformation PMO to join a large, multi-year transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, governance and delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.
- Provide strong PMO support across programme planning, reporting, governance, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Coordinate activities across multiple project workstreams and stakeholders.
- Prepare management reporting, status updates and presentations for senior leadership.
- Support programme governance and ensure key actions, decisions and milestones are tracked effectively.
- Work closely with project and programme managers to ensure consistent delivery processes and reporting.
- Facilitate communication between business, IT and project stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate risks, issues and dependencies where appropriate.
Requirements
- Strong experience working within SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
- Proven PMO / Programme Management Office experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong project planning, reporting and governance capabilities.
- Confident communicating with senior management and stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work across multiple workstreams and manage competing priorities.
- Previous experience in a Senior Consultant or Manager-level position.
- Strong communication skills in English.
