We are a well-established European IT consulting and digital transformation group with a strong focus on SAP-based HR and enterprise cloud solutions. Our clients include mid-sized to large international organisations undergoing HR digitalisation and cloud transformation initiatives. We support them in designing, implementing, and optimising modern HR IT landscapes, with a particular emphasis on SAP SuccessFactors.

Your responsibilities

As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will play a key role in the delivery of end-to-end HR transformation projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on Employee Central (EC)
• Translating HR and business requirements into scalable system solutions
• Supporting integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM or third-party systems
• Contributing to data migration, data validation, and testing activities during project phases
• Designing and maintaining business rules, workflows, and system configurations
• Providing support during go-live and post-go-live phases, including incident resolution and system optimisation
• Working closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure effective solution delivery
• Documenting system designs, configurations, and process flows
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within HR IT landscapes

Your profile

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally including Employee Central
• Good understanding of SAP HCM (PA, OM) and hybrid HR landscapes
• Experience supporting implementation or rollout projects in HR IT environments
• Knowledge of integration concepts between cloud and on-premise SAP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in client-facing environments and communicate with HR and IT stakeholders
• Exposure to SAP Activate or Agile delivery methodologies is an advantage
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications are beneficial but not mandatory
• Fluent German and good English skills
