This role is ideal for a senior‑level leader (Partner / Director / Head of Transformation) who thrives in an international, client‑facing environment and is passionate about delivering HR transformation at scale.
Lead and deliver global HR transformation programs across multiple geographies, impacting up to 30,000 employees.
Drive end‑to‑end SuccessFactors and Workday implementations, including global payroll integrations and HR process standardisation.
Define and execute HR transformation strategy in alignment with organisational goals.
Lead and inspire cross‑functional teams, ensuring collaboration across HR, IT, payroll, and business stakeholders.
Establish governance frameworks to ensure successful project delivery, risk management, and compliance.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and stakeholders, translating business needs into transformation solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment of transformation initiatives with business priorities.
15+ years of experience in HR transformation, with strong expertise in SuccessFactors and Workday.
Proven track record of delivering large‑scale international HR projects.
Deep understanding of global payroll, HR process design, and standardisation.
Experience leading multi‑country, cross‑functional teams.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to align HR transformation with corporate strategy.
