Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in developing and enhancing our web-based education platform. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects, leveraging modern technologies to shape the future of learning.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Build and optimize GraphQL APIs for efficient data querying and integration with front-end systems.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
• Develop robust backend services using Python and manage data storage with Postgres.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform for scalable and secure deployments.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks and other issues across the stack.
• Contribute to the architecture and design of new features and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
• Solid experience with Python and relational databases, particularly Postgres.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for education and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the EdTech space.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and implementing tracking systems for data-driven decisions.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and practices for building inclusive web applications.
