Responsibilities:

• Lead and independently manage SAP SuccessFactors projects

• Advise clients on optimizing their HR processes using SuccessFactors

• Design and implement innovative cloud HR strategies

• Coordinate and oversee project activities, timelines, and deliverables

• Mentor and coach colleagues to support professional growth

• Contribute to the continuous development of the company

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors

• Strong expertise in SuccessFactors, ideally including Employee Central

• Experience with HR digitalization strategies and system transformations

• Proven ability to maintain excellent client relationships and networks

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style

• Willingness to continuously learn and grow professionally
