Senior Consultant SAP HCM (m/w/d) – Fully Remote

Your Role

As a Senior Consultant SAP HCM, you’ll be at the forefront of impactful projects, driving HR system transformations and collaborating with clients to create customized solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the implementation of system landscape transformations such as HR carve-outs, mergers, and migrations.
• Delivering on-site presentations of the company’s complete SAP® Add-On product suite.
• Providing technical support during the sales process, engaging directly with clients.
• Advising clients conceptually based on their specific requirements.
• Designing, executing, and following up on feasibility analyses.

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about SAP HCM and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll bring:

• Experience in HCM/HR SLO processes.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM, including areas such as PA, PY, PT, and OM.
• Hands-on experience with SAP implementations and ideally prior project management experience.
• A willingness to travel across the DACH region to meet client needs.
• Desirable but not mandatory: ABAP development skills.
