The Opportunity

One of Europe’s leading SAP HR consulting practices is expanding its SuccessFactors team and is looking for an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to play a key role in delivering complex, enterprise-scale HR transformations.

You’ll work closely with international customers, lead end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations, and act as a trusted advisor across HR strategy, system design, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SAP SuccessFactors implementations from blueprint through go-live and hypercare

• Advise customers on HR process optimisation and best-practice system design

• Take ownership of one or more SuccessFactors modules, acting as a subject-matter expert

• Drive workshops, requirements gathering, and stakeholder alignment at senior level

• Configure, test, and support SuccessFactors solutions in complex HR landscapes

• Support integrations with SAP HCM / S/4HANA, payroll systems, and third-party applications

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

• Support pre-sales activities, effort estimations, and solution design where required

Required Experience

• Several years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors consulting

• Strong expertise in one or more of the following modules:

  • Employee Central

  • Recruiting

  • Learning

  • Performance & Goals

  • Compensation

• End-to-end implementation experience in international or enterprise environments

• Solid understanding of HR processes and data models

• Experience working in customer-facing roles with senior stakeholders

• Comfortable working in German and English

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP HCM / EC integrations, BTP / CPI, or payroll interfaces

• SuccessFactors certifications

• Experience in managed services or post-go-live support environments

• Exposure to public-sector or regulated industries
