I’m currently hiring for an ITSM Developer / ServiceNow Developer to support a major technology programme with a leading financial services organisation in New York.

This is a 6-month contract, working hybrid in NYC, focused on ServiceNow development, ITSM tooling, CMDB integration, and supporting the transition to a new service management platform.

The role will involve:

• Designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Supporting integrations between ServiceNow, Device42 CMDB, and wider ITSM tools
• Building workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and automation
• Working with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations
• Supporting ITSM processes across change, configuration, asset, and service management
• Collaborating with IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams
• Producing clear technical documentation and supporting platform improvements

Ideal background:

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Good knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL principles
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP web services
• Experience with CI/CD, GitHub, SonarQube, or similar DevOps tooling
• Exposure to CMDB, Device42, JSM, BMC, ServiceNow, or enterprise asset/configuration tooling
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
