Senior Workday Configuration Specialist
Location: Northern Germany, preferably 1-2 days per week onsite
Type: Freelancer/Temporary

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workday Configuration Specialist to join our team on a freelance/temporary basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in configuring and optimising various Workday modules, including Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, Reporting, and Adaptive Insights.

Key Responsibilities:

● Workday Configuration: Configure, maintain, optimise and own Workday modules, including Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, Reporting, and Adaptive Insights, to align with the organisation's business processes and requirements.
● Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations and solutions.
● System Enhancements: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and improvements to streamline HR and financial processes, and implement these changes in Workday.
● Integration: Configure and manage integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring data flows seamlessly and accurately.
● Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the integrity and functionality of Workday configurations.
● Training and Documentation: Provide training to end-users or colleagues and create comprehensive documentation to support ongoing system usage.
● Reporting and Analytics: Design and implement custom reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
● Compliance: Ensure that Workday configurations comply with relevant data protection and compliance regulations. Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
● Proven experience in configuring and maintaining Workday modules, with a focus on Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, Reporting, and Adaptive Insights.
● Workday certification(s) preferred.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
● Knowledge of HR and financial processes is a plus.
● Experience with Workday reporting tools and data analysis is a plus. Duration and Compensation:

This is a freelance/temporary position with an expected duration to start with would be 6 months
